DEADLINES:

Due by February 15th

• Registration Form completed online

• Registration confirmed by email

Due by March 5th

• Team Invoice paid via PayPal or check (Team fees non-refundable but possibly transferrable for later use)

• $75 late fee will apply from this point for all unpaid invoices

• All dances Added to the DCF Schedule with music uploaded

Due on the date of the event (Bring with You):

• 2 Copies of completed Judging Sheets for each dance to be adjudicated (extra forms will not be provided at the event)

• Music for Adjudication, all on one disc or thumb drive as a back up option. Please rename files - each file should share a name with the title of the dance on the schedule.
